- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers - Assist with transportation planning and management - Coordinate and schedule transportation routes and deliveries - Utilize fleet management software to track and monitor vehicles - Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Utilize GIS and GPS systems to optimize transportation routes - Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members - Familiarity with SyteLine or similar ERP systems is a plus Requirements:
