This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures - Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes - Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases - Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollment and administration - Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination - Conduct employee evaluations and performance management processes - Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits - Assist with affirmative action planning and reporting requirements - Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) for efficient recruitment processes - Support social media management efforts for HR-related content Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as or similar platforms - Familiarity with affirmative action planning and reporting requirements - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Administrative skills such as record keeping and data entry Work with a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, caregivers, hospice teammates, home health teammates and more!
