Candidate must live on-site.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Showing and renting available apartments.
Hosting open houses on Sundays from 12-5 Clean apartments after move outs.
Handling minor tenant issues.
Cleaning the buildings.
Shoveling and raking.
General oversight of the property.
Etc.
The compensation for this position is :
$500 off rent / Free rent when all units are occupied on the 1st of the month Additional bonuses for apartment rentals.
