Summary/Objective:
The TBI Program Director is a member of the Management Team reporting directly to the Executive Director in the center and to the Chief Clinical Officer for programming and clinical oversight of the unit.
The TBI Program Director works with other senior management to facilitate growth, meets new business financial targets, and ensures high clinical practices and outcomes.
The TBI Program Director is a seasoned leader and proven manager with significant experience in strategic planning, marketing, business development, budgeting and resource management.
Required Education and
Experience:
Five (5) to ten (10) years of administration, program management, marketing, public speaking, supervision and community relations Must have and maintain current CPR certification Excellent oral and communication skills Valid WI driver's license and ability to travel Preferred Education and
Experience:
Master's Degree in human services or related field Knowledge of brain injuries
