com) is looking for an energetic, team-oriented receptionist and front desk assistant for our growing orthodontic practice.
The ideal candidate:
Ability to multi-task Strong communication skills Organizational talents A team player mentality Comfortable answering phones Our orthodontic practice has multiple locations - Cedarburg, Glendale and Port Washington - travel amongst them is required.
Interested candidates should live within a reasonable commute of the offices.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting patients Scheduling Answering phone calls Payment processing Other front desk responsibilities This is a 32 hrs/week position (Mon-Thur).
No Fridays or Weekends required.
Salary is negotiable and based upon experience.
Benefits include holiday pay, vacation pay, 401K, profit sharing, and monthly bonuses.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
